At its January meeting, the Encore Boston board elected Patricia Latimore and Raymond Santos to the EBN board. "We're thrilled about the deep functional experience, community knowledge and fresh perspectives that Pat and Ray bring to our work," said Doug Dickson, board chair.
Pat Latimore retired from her role as Chief Operating Officer at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley in December 2019. She was previously Chief Financial Officer, serving in the two positions for a total of 10+ years. Before that, Pat served in senior financial roles at State Street Bank, PictureTel, Polaroid and Prime Computer. She brings deep community, philanthropy, financial, operations and technology experience to the EBN board. Pat has an undergraduate degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Ray Santos is Chief Development & Community Relations Officer at Ethos in Boston. In his role, Ray is responsible for marketing, media, community outreach and education, branding, fundraising, events and volunteer services. Before Ethos, Ray founded Breakout PR, offering business support in marketing, media and web design. He previously served in key PR and marketing roles at Advanced Thermal Solutions, Colette Phillips Communications, Lois Paul + Partners, and Cone Communications. He is a graduate of Northeastern University.
