EBN: Strategies for Dealing with Costly or Unexpected Medical Bills

Have you ever received an unexpected substantial medical bill for yourself or a family member? Were you unprepared and unsure how to deal with it? Or are you concerned that might happen in the future?

Navigating the costs of medical treatment can be confusing and overwhelming. Those feelings can be exacerbated for those who are unwell or grieving.

You are not alone! In this program, we’ll learn strategies for understanding and dealing with medical bills. We’ll look at things you can do before and after treatment - as well as when estimates of benefits and bills arrive - to address the practical and emotional aspects of this process.
