Do you ever wonder:
> Why ageism is so entrenched in our society, including among older people?
> Who makes a profit by convincing us that aging is all downhill?
> Is it possible to work together to end ageism, or do we just need to accept it?

Join us for a conversation with Tracey Gendron, gerontologist and author of the newly-released Ageism Unmasked: Exploring Age Bias and How to End It. The book takes on, among other things, the "anti-aging" industry, generational stereotypes and more. She also digs into the history of ageism, how it developed and what we can do about it.

This is a chance to hear from one of the leading voices in the movement to end ageism in our society. Offered by Changing the Narrative, Denver Public Library, and Next Fifty Initiative.
