Of all the things you do each day, which ones are you REALLY GOOD at doing? How do your actions and behaviors make a positive difference that benefits you and those around you? Perhaps most important, can you name the things you are good at doing AND love to do so much that you wish you could do them all the time?

Each of these questions is asking about your strengths: the unique ways you combine your innate talents with years of investment via education and experience to deliver high-performance outcomes. Whether you are currently working or seeking a new opportunity, insights into how you use your talents & strengths can lead to more engagement and higher performance in your work, as well as resiliency in managing a transition.

In this 60-minute session led by Chris Soucy, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and ICT Coach-In-Residence, you will learn the core principles of a strengths-based mindset and the Gallup research, tools, and resources used to discover and understand your talents & strengths. You'll also explore how to use the knowledge of your strengths in a variety of professionally beneficial ways (i.e. career planning, leadership development, networking, professional branding, etc.)
