EBN: Finding Your Balance Between Time, Money, and Joy with Glenn Frank

Think about it...

Making any major decision involves juggling the finite – your time and money
– with the infinite  your desire
to be happy
. This balancing act may be critical to success as you decide how to spend your encore years.

Get excited but be realistic!

These workshops are designed to help you avoid missteps by narrowing down
your limitless alternatives to workable options

During our time together, we will provide a process to help you find your balance; highlight ways to “create” time for what is important; focus on cash flow needs, if known income sources like social security are insufficient; and estimate the savings you'll need where paid work is optional. We'll also introduce the “Joy Matrix,” a straightforward exercise to understand what and who puts a smile on your face. Your current joy can offer insight into which path might be fulfilling later. Finally, we'll discuss how to maximize Happiness Per Dollar “HPD” and Happiness Per Hour “HPH.” Our overall goal is to bring clarity as to what could be next!

Workshop 1
Outline the process; happiness drivers: financial needs;
self-awareness exercises. Homework: exercises for Workshop 2.
