Many of us believe in equality, diversity, and inclusion. The question is how we stand up for those values in these turbulent times. Dolly Chugh shares her research and perspective on fighting for what you believe in. Dr. Chugh is an award-winning social psychologist at the NYU Stern School of Business, where she is an expert in the unconscious biases of ordinary good people. She offers practical tools to respectfully and effectively talk politics with family, to be a better colleague to people who don’t look like you and to avoid being a “well intentioned” barrier to equality. Registration for this event includes a copy of Dr. Chugh's book, "The Person You Mean to Be: How Good People Fight Bias." Offered by The Transition Network.
